What kind of web panel do I need?

None. The platform is hosted on firebase, you won't need apache or any other PHP services. All you need is a google account and firebase project.

I have received an ERROR during the mobile app SMS Verification

When your fingerprint or application ID don't match with what's submitted on the Firebase console, you get this error. Verify that those two are accurate, create a fresh google-services.json, and give it another go in a few minutes.

VideoCalls and Calls stopped working suddenly.

Most probable your firebase project has an outstanding payment and functions are not running. Simply go to your Google Cloud console and clear any pending payments.
